Geez, getting close to Christmas...

Hi,
September is almost gone, and before you know it Christmas will be upon us. Scary thought, the year has flown by.

If you would like 2 pictures of you or your family made into jigsaws to share with your friends, I will make 3 versions of each picture, 40n, 90r and 140n, close to those pieces. So than is 6 jigsaws in total.

For 7 days only I will do them for US$7.50 that is only from 30th September to 6th October 2009.

If you would like to take that offer please email me on stevedav@iinet.net.au with personal jigsaw in the subject line. I will email you details, jigsaws will be sent via email link for you to download. Payment will need to accompany the photo's that you will email me.

Back to this weeks jigsaws.

They are of a chalk drawing on the pavement, so real like, spot the man hole in the drawing.

The other is a drawing on a wall of a building, once again 3D very life like.

Here is a great video on Chalk drawing, great sound track also.

Also if you have not signed up to get early notification, on the right hand side please do so.

The first 3 jigsaws are the Canyon Chalk drawing.

Back, here are pics sent to me from Roxy in South Africa.

Hi,
Had a great time in Kalgoorlie following the races, and especially the Kalgoorlie Cup, which I managed to back the winner. We had great weather and over 12,000 were at the track to watch the race.

Also went to the Super Pit which is a huge gold mine, 3.8 kilometres long and 1.5 ks wide and 600m deep. they get around 800,000 oz of Gold a year from there. At over $1000 an oz that is a lot of money.

Well back to jigsaws, thanks to Roxy Smith in South Africa for todays jigsaws, one is a mystery one, as I have had requests for more and 2 easy versions for the little ones.

Until next time.

I am off for 6 days to the Goldfields.

Hi,
Yes I am off to the goldfields in West Australia, Kalgoorlie to be exact. Why?
Well not to dig for gold, that's for sure that is too much like had work. No, I am off to the race round (Horses) to watch the races and get into the goldfield atmosphere. Looking forward to it, have not been to Kal (local speak) for over 6 years, so should be good. It is a very historic city that help build West Australia to what it is today, go to wikipedia.org an have a read on Kalgoorlie, much has happened since 1896 when Gold was first discovered.

So today's jigsaws feature Kalgoorlie.

The first ones are of the York Hotel in Hannan St Kalgoorlie, one of the most photographed land marks in town.

Till next time.

Slava Snow Show tribute.

Hi,

Last Sunday, had a really good experience, my wife (Lee) and I went to Slava's Snow Show, a clowning tribute. It was a present from my son Troy for fathers Day.
Well to start with I was really baffled by what it was trying to convey. However as it unwound, and after the show, it dawned on me, that what I had seen and felt, was one awesome experience.. this is truly an original show and experience. If you are aged from 6 to 106 and it comes to a venue near you, go.

So today we have a Youtude Clip of the Show.

Plus two jigsaws.

Jigsaw 1 and 2 are for little kids they are only 9 pieces and 36 pieces non rotating. If you don'y have little kids, email them to your grand kids or only kids you knew, get them into jigsaws early, plus it helps hand eye co ordination.

If you want to get a jigsaw a week emailed to you with 6 different levels of difficulty, click out the Elephant ad on the right hand side.

Thanks to Beth in Brazil for the mountain scene picture which is one of the jigsaws today, I have included a kids version of it also so we have 3 versions of the Mountain scene. And to Sharman for the picture of Margaret River, which is only 2 hours from my place.

Remember if you have great pics and you think they would look good as a jigsaw then please send them.

Also I have made a subscription box on the right, sign up to receive alerts of new jigsaws, this soon will be the only list that I will email to tell you of new jigsaws.
